This Privacy Policy explains how Goldstone (“Goldstone”, “we”, “us” or “our”) handles personal data through goldstone.sg and related communications.
It applies when you browse the website, request catalogues, submit a project enquiry, contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp, attend a consultation, or share specifications and project materials with our team.
For this Policy, personal data means information about an individual who can be identified from that information, or from that information together with other information available to us. This Policy is intended to reflect the principles of Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”), where applicable.
Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with Goldstone, we may collect:

- Enquiry and project information, including product interests, intended applications, project location, quantities, timelines, finish preferences and catalogue requests.
- Uploaded project materials, such as drawings, specifications, schedules, reference images, product documents and information contained in those files.
- Communication records, including messages, meeting notes and correspondence with our team.
- Website and technical information, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URLs, cookie identifiers and security logs.
- Commercial and service records if an enquiry develops into a quotation, supply arrangement, project or after-sales request.
Please do not upload identity documents, payment-card details, medical information or other sensitive personal data unless Goldstone has specifically requested it and it is necessary for your enquiry.
How We Use Information

Withdrawal of consent does not affect lawful handling that occurred before withdrawal. It may also limit our ability to respond to an enquiry, provide requested documents or continue a service. Where permitted, we may request additional information, charge a reasonable fee for certain access requests, or decline a request when an exception applies.
